Breathe the Good Shit In + the Bullshit Out



Stepping out of an uncomfortable space like stress, anger or anxiety just means stepping inside for a couple of minutes. Practicing breath work for 2 minutes will reset your nervous system so moving forward, you’re working from a place of clarity. Find a comfy place to sit or lay. Set your phone timer for two minutes. Close your eyes or keep them slightly open. Chin slightly lowered. Inhale through your nose to a count of 4. Exhale through your mouth to a count of 5. Do this for the full two minutes, whenever and wherever you need it. Good on you - you just hit the reset button. Watch out, world!
