Calming Technique - Heart Above Head


My kids know if they ever feel too 'wound up', in whatever form - hanging upside down off the bed, heart higher than the head, provides an instant calming sensation. I'm not too proud to use this technique myself, weekly. It's the getting back up part that's embarrassing.
