Go Hug a Tree!  No, Really.

It looks like those granola-loving hippies were right! Tree Hugging has real emotional and physical benefits - and you don’t have to be in the middle of a forest to seek them out! Science has proven that everything has its own vibrational rate. Trees and plants happen to have vibrational properties that promote health and well-being in ‘beings’ - so go on! Hug a tree! Hug three! Side note: If you’re hugging trees in your neighborhood - nighttime is a good cover. Not everyone is ‘woke’ like you.
